Delete your MezZingo account
This page explains how to request deletion of your MezZingo account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion either from inside the app or by contacting us directly using the details below — you do not need to keep the app installed to make a request.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Open the MezZingo app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Delete Account.
- Choose immediate or scheduled deletion and confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email us from your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”, including your registered mobile number for verification.

What happens after you request deletion
- Your account is deactivated immediately.
- Personal data not subject to a legal retention obligation is erased or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days.
- You receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
Data that is deleted
Your profile and identifiers (name, email, mobile number, profile photo, saved delivery addresses), precise-location history, in-app order chat and AI-chatbot transcripts, saved preferences, and notification tokens are deleted or anonymised.
Data that may be retained (and why)
Certain records are retained even after account deletion, where required by law, then securely erased. During retention they are segregated and access-restricted.
